These terms govern access to PM in a Box, including subscriptions, hosted workspaces, optional integrations, customer responsibilities, and service limitations.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PM in a Box, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use PM in a Box on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The Service

PM in a Box provides account management, subscription activation, optional third-party integrations, and access to hosted workspaces or related automation features.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including features that depend on third-party providers, infrastructure, APIs, or messaging platforms.

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any third-party platform rules tied to the integrations you enable.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe or another designated payment processor.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts associated with your plan until you cancel. Subscription timing, pricing, and payment terms displayed at checkout control in the event of any conflict with general marketing copy.

Customer Content and Instructions

You retain responsibility for the content, prompts, requests, files, messages, and operational instructions you provide to PM in a Box.

You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and transform that content as necessary to operate the service and fulfill the actions you request.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PM in a Box to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with others, bypass security controls, abuse third-party APIs, send unlawful or unwanted communications, or attempt to access data or infrastructure that you are not authorized to access.

  • Do not use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform.
  • Do not use the service to process data unless you have the legal right to do so.
  • Do not use automated outputs without appropriate human review where mistakes could cause material harm.

Third-Party Integrations

PM in a Box may interoperate with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Stripe, Fly.io, messaging providers, and LLM providers. Your use of those integrations may also be governed by the third party's terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, data loss, policy changes, pricing changes, or other actions by third-party services.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

PM in a Box is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the platform or others, or if continued service is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions related to payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related provisions, will survive termination.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
